Prior to scheduling your appointment, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:
Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your visit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable. For "no-show" appointments, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost will apply, or your deposit will be forfeited. You can cancel or reschedule via the confirmation email or through our online booking system.
Lateness Policy
Late arrivals will still conclude at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client, with the full price charged.
If you are too late for your treatment to be performed, a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Patch Tests
Mandatory for new clients or those undergoing treatments such as eyelash extensions, LVL lash lift, tinting, or brow lamination.
Patch tests should be conducted at least 24 hours before your appointment and are required for pregnant clients.
Negative patch test results do not guarantee the absence of an allergic reaction. Schedule treatments a few days before important events.
If you experience irritation post-treatment, contact us immediately and consult your GP. Ignoring symptoms may pose serious health risks. untreated.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed via text and email. If you don’t receive a confirmation within two hours of booking, please contact us to ensure your booking is secure.

Guests
For safety and comfort, we kindly request that you do not bring guests, children, or pets to your appointment.
Payment Methods
We accept both cash and card payments.
Our Cancellation
In unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to therapist unavailability. If we cannot accommodate you, we will notify you promptly and either reschedule at a convenient time or provide a full refund of your deposit.
Our Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 48 hours post-treatment. To qualify, you must follow aftercare instructions and report any issues within this timeframe. Concerns raised after 48 hours may require a new appointment at full price.
